Yes, I’ve heard of it and read about it. I feel like it definitely would have described me more in the past, with flashes here and there even now. Writing these things down is still bringing me “aha” moments and it’s my own story!

Have you read the term “religious scrupulosity” or “religious OCD”? I just did a couple years ago, and it hit me HARD and TRUE.
